As an Acumatica VAR I've been consistently amazed at how versatile the Commissions Conductor is. You can have multiple commission plans with users assigned to those that apply to them.
The system will automatically ACCRUE the commissions cost and then process and pay the salespersons via A/P or Payroll when it is appropriate.
Their system will also 'claw-back' commissions when a credit memo is issued. And it will re-calculate commissions on projects based on a gross margin percent.
And, once configured, the whole commission process will take someone less than an hour to accrue and/or pay commissions.

We developed a unique and very complex commission structure in another software before our move to Acumatica and thought that we would have to build a system from scratch when we made the move. We were several months into a build from scratch when we heard about SymFinTech's Commissions Conductor Solution.
After learning more and meeting their team we decided to scrap our work and work with them. We still needed to make some significant customizations to their out-of-box solution, but their team was very responsive and we drastically reduced our development cost.
With SymFinTech's help, we were able to apply multiple commission incentives to the project module in which multiple team members are commissioned on project gross profit for their unique roles only when the project is complete, fully invoiced and fully paid. Those commission payments can also be adjusted if the project needs to be reactivated and adjusted for any reason.

Previously our accounting department had been spending up to 30 hours per month, running reports and calculating commissions manually in excel spreadsheets.
We attempted to set up our own commissions calculation automation using Generic Inquiries and Import Scenarios before realizing that revisions and cancellations would be impossible to track.

The learning curve is quite high because the software is extremely powerful and flexible, but it has worked very well for us.

Prior to implementing this solution, our AP team was creating Bills in the AP module by hand for each commission and had very limited tools for reporting. What a difference over a year with the Commissions Conductor has made! From a data architecture standpoint, it's everything you want - their objects are built alongside the standard objects in Acumatica. This provides a lot of stability from a system standpoint. As far as customer service, their team is fantastic. Any time there has been even a slight issue or a question, their team has treated every inquiry with urgency and diligence. They've even added some new features based on our feedback! I can't say enough good things about this group - if your company is still struggling with manual commission payment and reporting, this is a great solution.
Symfintek's Commissions Conductor has been an excellent addition to our Acumatica ERP. It allows for multiple incentives to be created based on product/customer/rep combinations as well as tiered commission programs for managers and larger teams. It allowed our company to fully automate our commissions program and seamlessly integrates with our Acumatica workflows.
As with any software/integration we've experienced some bugs along the way, but Symfintek's technical support has been VERY quick to respond and get any issues worked out with our VAR.
